Personalization Time:

Once you place your order, we start creating your custom book right away! This usually takes 2–3 business days.

Shipping Time:

After your book is ready, it will be delivered to your doorstep in 6–7 business days. For international orders, delivery may take 12–15 days.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its magical journey to you! 

Because each WonderBoo product is custom-made just for your child, we’re unable to accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect personalization provided during ordering.

Please double-check your child’s name and details before placing the order to make sure everything is just right!

We will happily offer a refund or free replacement if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or misprinted item

• There was a production error on our part (e.g. incorrect name or image that doesn’t match what you submitted)

• Your order was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered

To request a refund or replacement, simply email us at hello@wonderboo.fun within 7 days of receiving your order, along with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A photo of the product (if applicable)
